If you have a Checklick account, you can review and edit the checklists, evaluations and personal information on your Checklick account.

To view your personal checklists:

  1. Log into your Checklick account (if you do not have your account credentials, go to app.checklick.com, and click on the forgot password link)
  2. You should now see a page with the heading Personal Profile for [Name]. If you don't see this (you may see the People page instead), then you'll need to click the context menu (top right), and click logged in as ... 
  3. Click on any of the checklist badges to view your evaluations

Quick tips:

  • If you want to download a PDF copy of your checklist, open your checklist and click on the PDF checklist icon at the top left
  • You won't be able to edit the evaluations on your checklists. Only people who have been assigned evaluator privileges by organizations
